Architectural Services

We provide architectural internal and external 3D models using 3D Studio Max and AutoCAD to create realistic rendered landscapes and buildings for visualization purposes. Once models are created we provide high quality images for any perspective complete with relevant branding for general communication, planning or tender/bid presentation purposes.

AVI Walkthroughs & Flyovers

Following creation of 3D models using 3DS Max and AutoDesk VIZ we create sophisticated audio video interleave (AVI) files following pre-defined routes for demonstration purposes. Realism is added to each AVI through the inclusion of vehicles, landscaping material and people. We can also provide a branded AVI complete with watermarks, sound and voiceovers where required.

Photomontage

By creating our 3DS Max models with actual ‘real world’ elements and characteristics (physical elements, materials, textures and colors) we allow you to visualize the impact of a new building in its existing and surrounding environment in 3D. This is useful for design and planning purposes and is used by planning consultants and architects alike.
